What we collect

• Your name, phone number, and email.
• Your service address (or the rough area if you skipped it at signup).
• Property notes you tell us: gate codes, pet warnings, where to park.
• Anonymous site analytics: pages visited, no personal identifiers.

How we use it

• Quoting, scheduling, and billing your mow.
• Texting reminders, quotes, and the rare service update.
• Routing the week and improving the service.

What we don’t do

• Sell your information.
• Share it with marketers or data brokers.
• Send you newsletters you didn’t sign up for.

Text messages

If you opt in, we text you about your quote and service: confirmations, reminders the day before a mow, billing notices, and the occasional update. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other uses; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell your mobile number.

The only parties that ever touch your number are the service providers that run the texting itself, like our messaging carrier, and only so they can deliver a message on our behalf.

Third parties

A small number of vendors run pieces of the business. Each sees only what it needs:

• Supabase. The database for your record.
• Google Maps Platform. Address autocomplete only.
• Stripe (when set up). Card on file and recurring billing.
• Vercel. Hosts the site you’re on right now.

Cookies

Functional cookies only. One remembers your theme preference, another holds your session for the quote form. No tracking cookies. No ad pixels.
