Terms of Service

1. The service

51 Lawns (“we”, “us”) provides weekly lawn mowing in Heber and Midway, Utah. Service days, equipment, and crew sizing are at our discretion based on routing and weather.

2. Your account

You give us your contact info and address. Keep it current. We text the day before each mow.

3. Pricing

Quotes are per-property and based on lot size, terrain, and access. The price you accept is the price you pay until either of us renegotiates.

4. Payment

Bills go out monthly. Card on file or pay in person, whichever you picked at signup. Past 14 days late picks up a $15 fee.

5. Cancellation

Either party can cancel by text or email. No contract, no fees. We'll finish the week you cancel and call it.

6. Weather and skips

Rain or unsafe conditions: we skip and pick up the next week. If a skip leaves the lawn overgrown enough to need extra time, we may charge for the additional work. We'll text first.

7. Liability

We carry general liability insurance. We're not responsible for items left in the yard we couldn't reasonably see: toys, pet droppings, hoses, sprinkler heads buried in tall grass.

8. Property access

You agree we can enter the mowable portions of your property on service days. Locked gates: text us a code, or unlock the morning of.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes go out as a text to the number on file before they take effect.

10. Text messaging

If you give us your number and opt in, 51 Lawns sends you service texts: quote confirmations, reminders the day before a mow, billing notices, and the occasional update or offer. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
